Exposure_2010

This work started out as a response to those times of waiting for inspiration.  One can feel empty and vulnerable during those periods, so it’s important to stay open and receptive to new ideas even though you can feel like doing the opposite.

As I made more pieces I realised we are never really empty but have a multitude of worlds inside us all the time, little fantasies, alter-egos and stories, made up of memories and dreams and wishes.  These worlds of possibility ensure that we continue to explore our lives, beautifully formed at all times but never fully finished.
